impeccably clean place with really kind staff. big bed in the double room, plus a balcony, coffee, and an electric kettle. lots of food at the marvellous breakfast. nice pool, parking onsite. had free wi-fi throughout the property. comfortable place for exploring chiang mai.

Had the a double room and it was well-equipped with comfy beds. Location: the hotel was near to convenience store and the night markets and the Tha Phae Gate.
The breakfast was cold, I think it could be much better.

Pos: the location was great and absolutely perfect, for example, Tha Phae Gate was within walking distance of the hotel. I had a modern room with a balcony, coffee, and an electric kettle. - the property staff was nice and very kind, not annoying.
